Hi, I’m Darren a DVSA approved ADI, fully qualified Since 2006.I initially worked for a larger driving school for a couple of years and then decided to become independent in 2008 and have been working as Daytona Driving School since then.

Refresher Courses
Refresher courses are very useful to those people who have had a break in their driving and have lost a bit of confidence for whatever reason. The number of lessons is entirely down the pupil, from 1 hour to as many as required.

Pass Plus Courses
Pass Plus courses are recommended to pupils after they have passed their practical test. They may give you experience at driving in conditions or roads you may not have driven in or on during your normal lesson i.e. motorways or night driving.
A pass plus course may also lower your car insurance but you will need to check with your insurer.

These are designed to give you a little experience of motorways after your test with an experienced instructor before you go on them on your own.

Intensive courses might be something you’re considering. I do run semi-intensive courses, 5 or 10 hours per week depending on availability.
